Get to Know Me

Kate Kennedy has been a member of the Heyler Realty team for eight years, representing buyers and sellers all over Los Angeles, with a certification and affinity for working with first time buyers. Having just bought her own first home, she knows what an emotional and sometimes stressful journey it can be – but she also knows that it’s worth it, and loves guiding her clients through the process.
 
Kate’s father is a lobsterman, so she learned early on what “hard work” truly means, and she brings that work ethic and Maine sensibility to everything she does… she is straightforward, and not afraid to face challenges head on. 
 
Her commitment to her clients is unwavering. Kate’s communication skills, attention to detail and ability to focus on the big picture help ensure easy transactions and positive results for her clients. Above all Kate prides herself on her honesty, integrity, and ability to bring good humor to all of her business dealings. Besides being a Realtor® and a mother, Kate is committed to helping her community. Kate sits on the Council for the Children's Burn Foundation and enjoys volunteering for various causes.
 
After fifteen years of living in Santa Monica, Kate and her family moved to Woodland Hills for more space. They love the neighborhood, diversity and the fact that they’re still only a quick drive to the beach!
