We’re excited to welcome our newest agent – Aileen Hoffer Smollins – to the team at Heyler Realty!
Aileen came to Los Angeles from Long Island in the 90s looking for adventure. She found it and ran her own successful travel company for 25 years. Before joining Heyler last month, she got a taste for real estate when she started rehabbing houses.
“I’ve always had a passion for design and style and I could see a property’s value and project what it could look like after a transformation,” she said. “I always wanted to do it and I went for it.”
She realized that she could combine her interest in home design with her love of working with clients by getting her real estate license.
“After years of rehabbing homes I knew I could bring that to clients and use my experience to help them,” she said.
Work isn’t all Aileen excels at. A West LA resident for more than 20 years, Aileen also invests time in her community. She’s a driven organizer and fundraiser for local schools, as well as other community groups. Aileen has always believed that “giving back” is an integral part of being the change she wishes to see in the world; it’s her way of thinking globally and acting locally.
With hard work and focus, Aileen has always earned her clients’ appreciation and respect. She’s known for her easygoing style and attention to detail, but it’s her quality time management, effort, and resources that really set Aileen apart from the crowd.
Aileen is focused on being an asset to home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors alike.
