Have you seen the construction happening at the site of the old Wally's Building? Construction is underway for a five-story, 92-unit apartment building on the west side of Westwood Boulevard just north of Olympic.
The 2107-2121 Westwood Blvd. property will include retail at the ground level and 125-space underground parking. The 92 units include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and eight low-income units, according to Urbanize LA.
For decades, Wally's Wine called that space home until the iconic wine shop moved to its new home in Beverly Hills.
According to the developer RBM's website, apartments features can include:
